I Swear You'll Swoon!

I thought you might like to know that I have much love for Arizona Heat!  I dip french fries in it, and for sandwiches and hamburgers I add finely chopped onions and pickles. I swear you'll swoon!
Try a sandwich of white cheddar with lots of lettuce and tomato and the Arizona Heat concoction. Oh man!
Thanks for a great product that isn't full of junk!

Just Doing Her Duty

Just wanted to say, this is our new favorite mustard.  Bought the product last night and the family is over the top about it.  We couldn’t name enough things we’d try it on next.   It’s  truly a unique, bold flavored mustard.  We are now huge fans!   Figured it was my duty as a consumer to pass along the good word.   Thanks.

A True Convert

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your Koops Arizona Heat mustard.

I am not a fan of mustard, that is until I discovered your Arizona Heat mustard.  I have become obsessed with it and put it on sandwiches, hotdogs, hamburgers, bbq, and even dip chicken in it.
Thank your for making me a mustard lover!

Arizona Heat...it's like hitting the jackpot!

I just had to write and tell you how much I love your Arizona Heat mustard!
I like to try different mustard's of varying flavors and when I tried yours it was like
hitting the 'jackpot'.
I told my cousin about it and she tried it and loved it. She bought more for herself and
one for each of her 4 children. I told a co-worker and now she's on her second bottle.
My husband is now putting it on dishes he would never think of putting mustard on.
Perhaps some day we'll try the other types but as far as I'm concerned it's Arizona Heat for us!
Thanks for a great product!

Best in the World

I have tried mustard from all parts of the world while in the Navy.  I  tried your mustard (Yellow and Deli) for the first time in my life and I must say that's it the best I have ever had! Can't wait to try the other mustards you offer. Thank you for making a great product.

I love your mustard on sausage or steak

I make sausage and mash with onion slices all steamed together; Koops' on the side.  I make broiled steak; brush all over with Koops' and grill however you like it.

Editor's Note:  You have to try Koops' Dusseldorf mustard with bratwurst or spicy sausage.  It's mild and creamy flavor is the perfect compliment to bring out the best flavor of the meat.  It'll change your life!!

Pottering Around with Horseradish Mustard and Pork Chops

I love your Koops Horseradish Mustard. I was getting ready to cook some pork chops and decided to experiment. I seared some boneless pork chops in a skillet then added 10oz of beef stock then disolved 3 tablespoons of Koops Horseradish Mustard then whisked in 1 teaspoon of Mayo (I didn't have sour cream) and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and reduced it to a sauce. It was pretty incredible. I've used your product for crab cakes too. It never fails to please.

I used a thin sliced boneless center cut pork chop. I was surpised to find the parmesan cheese was the one ingredient that I had to be careful with. It takes very very little. I thought for sure the mustard would be a very strong flavor but it blended in nicely and you really don't have to worry about adding too much. I think the next time I try this I will dredge the chops in flour first. It helps to thicken the broth mixture.

PJ's Hot Dog Stand Spicing It Up With Arizona Heat

I am a hot dog vendor in Howell, MI.

A former boss, called me from a restaurant in Detroit.  He said that he was enjoying the BEST burger that he's ever had just because that on the table was Koops' Arizona Heat Mustard that he decided to try.  He suggested that I also try it as part of my condiment 'package' on my hot dog cart.

This was about six months ago.  I am already well into my second case of the stuff.  I have customers who enjoy my product just because I offer the 'Arizona Heat' as an option for them (the hot dog is pretty good too!).   I must admit that the taste is addicting...  It IS great!

Thank you very much.

"Arizona Heat Is The Best!" - World's Best Sandwich Recipe

I eat it on sandwiches, put it in egg salad, potato salad, deviled eggs, scrambled eggs, mix it with mayo for a bisto sauce, spice up soups, hot dishes,  you name it.  The most versatile ingredient in my home. We love it.

My 5 year old son, Hal,  named the first sandwich he ate that had Arizona heat mixed with mayo "The World's Best Sandwich!" His taste buds are tender, so the mayo tamed the heat just enough for him. The recipe:

Hal's version of "the worlds best sandwich"
2 slices any bread
butter one slice (optional)
mix mayo and Arizona heat on the other
heap on some shaved ham
top with shaved turkey
slide in some hard salami
layer of lettuce
put it together and enjoy!

Thank you,

Colleen B.

"A Fine Accompaniment"

We opened and enjoyed one of the Koops' mustards this evening as a condiment to our dinner.  Everyone who was not faimilar with this product raved about it.

It truly is a fine accompaniment.

Many thanks,

Paul M.

"The Best Condiment There Is"

I grew up on Koops stone ground mustard, now I guess you call it horseradish but it really doesn't matter to me, it is still the best damn condiment there is.
